Compute Module 4 (CM4) brings the power of Raspberry Pi 4 to the popular Compute Module family. For the first time wireless connectivity is an option, and this includes a built-in antenna on the PCB as well as a connector for an external antenna.
There are three options for CM4 modules, resulting in 32 versions of the product;
- On-board wireless capability, or no wireless capability
- DRAM densities: 1GB; 2GB; 4GB; and 8GB
- eMMC storage densities of 0GB (Lite), 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB
This model features 2GB RAM and 0GB eMMC storage.

Good Pi Board
I purchased this a month ago for a Raspberry Pi project and it works great. My only complaint is that it heats up and there’s no reasonable way to connect a cooling fan. But the shipping was good. I had to order this one because the other CM4 model with the eMMc storage built in was not practical for my project so I cancelled it and received the refund right away. They were very helpful.
